This entry-level position offers a golden opportunity to be involved in every design phase, from initial brainstorming and conceptualization to construction documentation and critical post-occupancy assessments.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of experience in architecture or interior design is a plus.

    An inherent ability to coordinate effectively with both our internal team and external consultants to bring project visions to life.

    Proficiency in design software is crucial - think REVIT, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and other relevant tools.

    A knack for bringing designs to life through rendering is desirable, using software such as Enscape, Rhino, etc.

    A proactive approach to investigating, evaluating, and recommending design solutions that align with our design ethos and the client's objectives.

    Involvement in crafting project specifications and collaborating with vendors to source optimal solutions tailored to our client’s needs.

    Adaptability to engage with a singular, focused project or juggle multiple projects simultaneously at different stages of development.

    A foundation of knowledge in local and regional jurisdictional authority and code requirements, including governing building codes and FGI Guidelines, is beneficial.

    A Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Master of Architecture (professional degree) is required. The degree must be from an accredited school of interior design or architecture.

  • Flexible work schedule. We believe in working to get a job done, not working within a set schedule. This person would have the ability to set their own schedule and work on-site or at home. A typical workweek would involve three days in the office together and will fluctuate.

    Retirement Plan. Simple IRA plan with employer matching dollar-for-dollar.
