Work alongside clients, understanding their needs and aspirations, and contribute to translating these into practical and aesthetically pleasing architectural solutions.

Participate in coordinating project teams, including internal staff and external consultants, under the guidance of senior architects.

Contribute to ensuring projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and regulatory standards.

Receive mentorship and grow your architectural knowledge and skills, preparing you for future leadership roles.

Newly graduated or up to 2 years of experience in an architectural firm is ideal.

A strong desire to become a registered architect, with steps already taken towards licensure seen as a bonus.

Proficiency or a strong interest in mastering AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.

A burgeoning design sensibility, eager to be refined through diverse project experiences.

Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative spirit, ready to engage in a multidisciplinary team environment.

  • Flexible work schedule. We believe in working to get a job done, not working within a set schedule. This person would have the ability to set their own schedule and work on-site or at home. A typical workweek would involve three days in the office together and will fluctuate.

Healthcare Insurance. We will look at the plan options together and come up with a plan for insurance coverage that is tailored to your needs. Whatever it is, we’ve got you covered.

Retirement Plan. Simple IRA plan with employer matching dollar-for-dollar.

Mobile Phone Plan Reimbursement. This person would be expected to utilize their personal cell phone for communication.
